A Winter[proof] Brand & Retail Experience
During Singapore’s peak winter travel season, we identified a powerful consumer insight: while Singaporeans are excited about winter holidays, they are deeply uncertain about how to prepare for sub-zero conditions in Japan, Korean, China or Europe. For many, it’s their first time experiencing –10°C or below and the anxiety around layering, warmth and value often slows purchase decisions.
To address this, I led the launch of Winter[proof], a fully integrated campaign ecosystem spanning retail, digital, PR and in-store activation anchored by a bold experiential hero: the Winter[proof] Capsules, immersive –15°C walk-in fitting rooms installed in-store. This first-of-its-kind activation in Singapore transformed product reassurance into physical proof, driving incremental store traffic, strengthening brand authority in winter gear, and converting uncertainty into confident purchase.
